Orders are private and discreet. We do not sell, share, or buy mailing lists. Orders in the USA are sent in a plain envelope or box with our P.O. Box number, not the Red Eye
name, for return address. We have never had any problem maintaining the confidentiality of our customers since beginning mail-order sales in 1988.
No C.O.D. or telephone orders will be accepted. Pay On-line or Mail a Money Order, Cashier’s Check, or personal check. It is not necessary to send your order by Registered or Certified mail
(unless you send cash). Your canceled check or Money Order copy is proof of purchase. We will replace, free of charge, any book received damaged. Customer must return damaged book.
Books are sent the same day your order is received when you pay with a Money Order or Cashier’s Check.
Personal checks may require bank clearance before we’ll send your order. Regular shipping (in the USA only) usually takes from 2 to 8 days for delivery depending on your zip-code and local postal service.

We try to be fair on shipping charges. Book weights vary from 5 ounces to over 2 pounds (1 kilo) per book and there is no practical way to list costs for each book or possible combinations of books.
